Размещает максимум 6 человек ( просьба в бронировании указывать точное количество гостей, это влияет на итоговую цену бронирования ).

В шаговой доступности: окружная больница ( через дорогу детское и взрослое отделения), прокуратура, торговые центры, магазины.

Также удобно и быстро можно добраться до аэропорта, или жд вокзала ( по прямой дороге ).

Для прогулки или занятия спортом, через дорогу находится комсомольское озеро.

Заселение строго с наличием паспорта, и залога в размере 3000 т. ₽.
